Pour les salariés accompagnés par une structure mandataire, celle-ci doit confirmer votre éligibilité à l'offre de service ASC.

Le salarié complète le formulaire en ligne en précisant le nom de sa structure mandataire, qui sera contactée par ASC-LOISIRS pour valider l'inscription.
